1. Sign up for a free consultation. You will be sent an email to arrange a time to speak. We offer a free tax consultation to understand your situation, give you our background, and answer any questions you might have. This gives us an opportunity to show our expertise, get you comfortable with our firm, and give you an accurate quote based on all the facts.
2. Decide to use Muchinsky Tax. If you decide to work with us, there is no deposit or escrow due. You will work with the professional you have already spoken with and they will handle you throughout the process.
3. Upload your documents. You can upload your documents on our web site. We use secure encrypted technology to avoid identity theft.
4. Your tax professional will work for you. Upon uploading your documents your tax professional will begin preparing your tax return. You will be contacted directly if there is any additional information needed or in the case of additional questions. Your personal tax professional will handle all questions, document requests, etc. You will not be juggled around, you will not be left in the dark. We are always available via phone and email.Your tax return will be ready within 1-2 weeks. If you need more expedited service, please let your tax professional know and we will make the necessary arrangements.

   Please note: We do not file tax returns without payment. Once our work is done and the return is ready for e-filing, we will request the payment of our previously agreed upon price.
